• Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method.
• Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible.
